Complimentary Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary tracked standard shipping on all Australian orders storewide, with no minimum spend required. All parcels are dispatched via Australia Post with full end-to-end tracking.

Order Processing & Printing

Every garment at Vestigium XIII is custom-printed to order in Australia. Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days before being dispatched. Processing times may vary slightly during peak holiday periods or collection drops.

Domestic Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been printed and packaged, items are dispatched via Australia Post. At present, checkout processing and delivery are strictly restricted to domestic Australian addresses.

  • Standard Transit Time: 3–7 business days depending on your state and whether you are located in a metro or regional area.

  • Estimated Total Turnaround: 5–14 business days from the moment your order is placed to arrival at your door.
Please note that deliveries default to Safe Drop (Authority to Leave) where a secure location is available. Vestigium XIII is not liable for items stolen or lost after a confirmed successful delivery by the carrier network.

Tracking & Updates

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can track your delivery in real-time.

Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

Because items enter the production queue shortly after an order is placed, please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us immediately at support@vestigiumxiii.com. Once an item has entered production or dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays & Lost Items

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by shipping carriers. While disruptions or regional postal delays are outside our direct control, your shipment is protected. If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 business days, please reach out to our team at support@vestigiumxiii.com within 30 days of your original estimated delivery date so we can initiate a trace and arrange a replacement if necessary.
