Our Print & Fit Guarantee

At Vestigium XIII, every piece is individually custom-printed to order in Australia on ultra-heavyweight cotton canvas. We want you wearing your garments with complete confidence. If your piece arrives with a defect, print flaw, or does not fit as intended, we are committed to making it right.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

Because each garment is made specifically for you when ordered, we offer free replacements or full refunds for the following issues:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Garments with print flaws, tears, or manufacturing defects present upon delivery.

  • Fit & Sizing Exchanges: If you ordered your standard size and find the boxy streetwear cut is not the right fit, we offer a one-time complimentary size replacement per order.

  • Incorrect Items: Items received in the wrong size, colour, or design relative to your order receipt.

  • Lost Packages: Orders that fail to deliver and are confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, provided they are reported within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Please submit any refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery so our team can resolve the issue promptly. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

To submit a request:

  1. Email our support team at support@vestigiumxiii.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item received, including the size tag if applicable.

Once verified by our team, a replacement piece will be prioritized and dispatched at zero cost to you, or a full refund issued to your original payment method. In most instances, you will not be required to return the original item—we encourage you to gift or donate the piece locally to minimize waste. (Vestigium XIII reserves the right to request a physical return for verification in select instances).

Sizing Guidelines & Fair Use

While we offer a one-time complimentary size exchange if the cut is not right, items must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition to qualify. We encourage reviewing our Size & Fit Guide before ordering: our heavyweight garments feature an authentic streetwear boxy cut—order true to size for the intended relaxed look, or size down if you prefer a classic, standard fit. Address errors entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for complimentary replacements once dispatched.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
